Neville has been published in national LTC magazines, been a member of a LTC policy design team for a major insurance company, has trained and managed over 200 LTC sales agents, and received numerous recognition awards from several companies
Laura Verster
Our Managing Director is Laura Verster, who as a former practicing registered nurse brings extensive experience in the care-giving spectrum of LTC from emergency care to hospice. Laura oversees all our client claims, business, and employee activities. She is also a licensed long-term Care Insurance specialist.
Carol Hachey
Our office manager is Carol Hachey. Carol also brings an extensive 19 year background in the insurance industry and has been with LTC-IS, LLC for the past seven years. In addition to keeping the office running smoothly, she is responsible for overseeing the underwriting progress for our clients' applications and is also available to our clients for any assistance or follow up they may require once their policy is in force.
